6.1.16. Removal and installation of the electronic ABS control unit

Disconnect brake tubes from the hydraulic ABS block (fig. 6.67).
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of knot of the hydraulic block and the electronic ABS (HESU) control unit, then remove knot (fig. 6.68).

Disconnect sockets of the electronic ABS control unit (fig. 6.69).

ATTENTION
Never try to assort knot of the hydraulic block and the electronic ABS (HESU) control unit.
The control unit should be transferred and be stored in vertical situation with the muffled openings. Brake liquid from the block do not merge.

Installation
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.
Tighten a bolt and nuts of fastening of the control unit and brake tubes the regulated moment.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening: 8–10 N · m, nuts of tubes: 13–17 N · m.
