2.1.13. Adjustment of a belt of a drive of the generator

ATTENTION
Weakening of a tension of a belt, leads to emergence of a sound of a proskalzyvaniye and fast wear of a belt.
At too big tension of a belt there is a probability of breakage of bearings of the pump of cooling liquid or the generator.

Weaken a nut "And" sharnirny fastening of the generator and a lock bolt "In" an adjusting level of the generator.
Rotating an adjusting bolt, adjust a tension and a belt deflection to nominal rates.
Tighten a lock bolt "In" an adjusting level of the generator.
Tighten a nut "And" sharnirny fastening of the generator.
Check a tension or a deflection of a belt and if necessary carry out repeated adjustment.
Inhaling moments:
- a bolt and a nut of sharnirny fastening of the generator – 20–25 N · m;
- a lock bolt of an adjusting level of the generator – 12–15 N · m;
- a bolt of fastening of an adjusting level of the generator – 20–27 N · m.
