Disconnect a vacuum hose from the case of a butterfly valve and connect to a vacuum hose the manual vacuum pump.
Check depression on the specified power setting, when the engine cold (temperature of cooling liquid of 60 °C or below) and when the engine is heated-up (temperature of cooling liquid of 80 °C or above).
Adsorber check
Check pipelines of system of catching паров fuels on absence of weakening of connections, sharp excesses or damage.
Check absence of deformation, cracks and leakages of fuel.
After removal of an adsorber check it on lack of cracks and deformation (fig. 2.224).
Check of the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber
NOTE
At a detachment of vacuum hoses always previously put adjusting labels that at connection hoses were established in a starting position.
|
Disconnect a vacuum hose from the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires from the electromagnetic valve.
Connect the manual vacuum pump to the union of the electromagnetic valve from which the hose with a red strip was disconnected.

|
Create depression and check operation of the valve at a food connection / detachment from the storage battery to conclusions of the electromagnetic valve (fig. 2.225).

Fig. 2.226. Resistance measurement between conclusions of the electromagnetic valve
|
Measure resistance between conclusions of the electromagnetic valve (fig. 2.226).
Electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber: resistance of a winding – 26 Ohm (at temperature of 20 °C).
