Removal
Disconnect the socket of the electric motor of the fan of a radiator.
Establish the switch of a regulator of temperature in the provision of the maximum heating (fig. 2.178).
Unscrew a drain stopper of a radiator and merge cooling liquid.
Disconnect the top and bottom hoses of a radiator and a tube of a broad tank.
On models from an automatic transmission disconnect hoses of a maslookhladitel of AKPP.
ATTENTION
After a detachment of hoses of a maslookhladitel of AKPP it is necessary to close opening jams in hoses, unions of a radiator and AKPP branch pipes not to allow an AKPP oil and hit effluence in extraneous particles.
|
Unscrew bolts of fastening of support of a radiator.
Remove a radiator together with the radiator electrofan.
Remove the electrofan from a radiator.
Check
Check a radiator on lack of a bend or damage of plates, and on lack of extraneous subjects between plates.
Check a radiator on absence of damages and deposits of a scum, a rust or corrosion traces.
Check radiator hoses on lack of cracks, damages or deterioration conditions (wear).
Check a broad tank on absence of damages.
Check a spring of a cover of a radiator on absence of damages.
Check pressure of opening of valves of a cover of a radiator by means of a special tester for check of system of cooling.
Electric motor of the fan of a radiator
Check that the electrofan of a radiator rotates, when on conclusions of the electric motor tension of the storage battery (fig. 2.179) moves.
Check absence of extraneous noise at rotation of the electrofan of a radiator.
Installation
Fill a radiator and a broad tank with pure cooling liquid.
Start the engine and warm up it till opening of the valve of the thermostat. Then muffle the engine.
Uncover a radiator and add liquid to the basis of a bulk mouth of a radiator, then add liquid in a broad tank to the top label.
Be convinced of absence of leakages of liquid from a radiator, hoses or connections.
